In organizations, managers at all levels often compete fiercely for territorial dominance and a larger share of the budget, often exceeding what might fairly be their due. Many aim to climb the corporate ladder by any means necessary, regardless of their qualifications, skills, or experience in engineering or administration. Such behavior leads to organizations becoming top-heavy, bureaucratic, and expensive, leaving both investors and employees feeling powerless. The funds customers pay often end up in the hands of these individuals, with little tangible value delivered in return. Unfortunately, this reflects a recurring pattern rooted in human nature

its raining

i am writing on rain in kolhapur...but yet to finish.. this is place holder for the day in july when its raining out side..

Other day I had been at frnds party as one of my frnd travelled to pune after months he joined in Bangalore Company, we had enough head count to discuss diverse and different topics. Incidentally one of my colleague from university have started its own small firm and working on projects where he mentioned he is facing some technical issues and if he could resolve those it would be great help for him to reduce execution and test time . Off course this was something to accelerate execution cycle to reduce cost and improve productivity.

Eventually things went to hardcore technical discussions and few of us started on how things can be tackled with technological disruption and so on, well what I understood is my first colleague perhaps was not really keen in to take discussion in direction it actually went. He perhaps was thinking somewhere back of his mind on some partner who will understand his problem and provide service and support to get it done in his own terms and conditions, and it just happen he got pronounced this across the table while thinking loudly.

Something to understand on how an entrepreneur looks at problem when it comes to actual business with necessity to think differently in order to improve growth and productivity. Rest of the crowd was much in to technical expertise roles and jumped in to kind of approach which actually might have not helped the guy to address the problem.

Bandh's not again

Just before decade there was time when Indian political parties were frequently putting social life forcibly on halt with goons on road for declared “Bandhs”, time when people and media reacted unanimously and made such politically motivated BANDH'S unaccepted. Though today’s protest I think was required but it should be kind of peaceful without damaging public property and letting ppl to make own choice in protest.
government should do something to lower the prices. And oppositions should do something in parliament to put government on toes and should not get idea that ppl have started accepting such BANDH'S again

both are innocent, people who do injustice, corruption and all bad things in society and people who suffer and tolerate all this, what they do is just follow culture. what really needs to be changed is culture we follow. and to change culture don't see kind of such movements and leadership now . In Maharashtra (being maharastrian so the example) there is rich tradition of movements but now there is no one to look upon in state. at national level its long gap since mahtama Gandhi.( i personally admire and feel Rajiv Gandhi one who initiated movement for technology advancement and did efforts for the days we are in now)
